CANCELLATION POLICY
I charge a 75% cancellation fee for any no-shows, cancellations, or rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, no exceptions. I have a 10 minute late period as well to guarantee my day isn’t thrown off track. This guarantees that I am still being paid a percentage for the time that could have been used for another client.
